I might add that the claim for 3.4 billion does not contain 1 penny for interest. You can get a glimpse of what interest could potentially be by looking at the GRZ case. They upped their demand from 1.9 billion to 2.1 billion for no other reason than continuing interest on the claim. RM says the claim for 3.4 billion is very conservative and that it claims nothing for the two (2) ten year extentions contemplated in the contract. The claim for damages is only on the first 20 years of the contract. The damage claim was prepared by Compass Lexecon, recognized as a world leading expert in valuations and damages. The claim is based on 40,000 tpd because KRY says they have tons of evidence that VZ was requiring KRY to put together a 40,000 tpd operation.
