(a) relieving Crystallex from any obligation to call and hold an annual

meeting of its shareholders until further order of the court;

(b) extending the stay of proceedings in favour of Crystallex to September

11, 2012; and

(c) granting such further and other relief as counsel may advise and this

Court may permit.
