''Why is price still so low'', because is manipulated on the low volume

As we are on the pink list and waiting mode, institutions are not interested on buying this stock now as they have restrictions in which stock/investment approved by a board.

Crystallex is on the hands of speculators now, so they have interest to keep the sp low to be able to accumulate more shares in this low price

When institutions will have the OK to buy this stock, the sp will move up to the fair value.
