We are in bankruptcy protection so not bankrupt. This will remain in place unless Fung can make a deal with the noteholders which given their history is highly unlikely.

Not sure why so many people thought the price would immediately jump. We are in the pinks and nothing has been accomplished yet towards moving the price higher. Once the financials are completed and we get back on the venture things should improve some what.

Now that the note holders are licking their wounds and getting ready to pay our legal fees their are no obstacles to seeing our case to conclusion.

I plan to go into hibernation until something material happens.
