Having cast doubt on our relationship with the Chinese, you know profess to explain to us the reasoning behind Venezuela's ability to enter into yet another agreement with some unknown party concerning the development of Las Cristinas? Why would you want to create yet more doubt and give the impression that Las Cristinas would be mined by some unknown entity other than the Chinese?
I understand very well Vet your motives here as indeed others but the conversation we entered into, which you misdirect has nothing to do with Vanessa or Placer Dome. The original topic was our relationship with the Chinese.

You hold no stock in Crystallex, you've advised us of your legal abilities but yet you make such statements. What do you know of the relationship between Crystallex and the Chinese, why do you even concern yourself of something to which you are not a party? Why are the Chinese abiding by our Primary Binding Agreement? Why are they meeting with the company in less than 10 days in Toronto just after the ICSID decision of arbitration acceptability and registration. You know not of what you talk! I don't want to hear about what you think Crystallex should do. Concern yourself with your own issues over at Gold Reserve and I would strongly encourage you to talk to Doug B about Chinese involvement because the Chinese will end-up running the two main gold deposits in Venezuela whether you like it or not!
Sadly, some here will acknowledge your misdirection as competence but I clearly see your motives and wish, as we say back home in Ireland, you just feck off.
