China has a deliberate plan in place to invest remaining value of US Dollars in accessing natural resources - just just in Venezuela but in every corner of the globe. This is not speculative in nature but by design. To suggest or imply that Chinese efforts in regards to accessing the largest unmined gold deposit through their relationship with Crystallex as speculative is not an accurate one.
By March 4 - 7, the company would have received a response to the acceptability of filing a claim at ICSID. At that stage, designates from both parties will be nominated and in turn a panel at ICSID created. By then, the Las Cristians file would be passed from Mibam and MinAmb to the Attorney General's office in Caracas, Crystallex having safely/securely passed security/management of the las cristinas mine site to the CVG. Anyway, I'll leave it at that point because at that stage I suspect the AG's office would have received a dose of reality from their Washington lawyers, entrance stage left CREC/CRRC.
