fung put out a number of 2 billion. I don't think we will get more than that. I think we were negotiating and vz wanted to soften our demands. I think they were probably pretty effective. I think if we get 2-3 dollars a share we would have to take it and run maybe less. Hopefully there are still some soft negotiations going on. It sure would be nice to know. If there are not negotiations going on - why have we not filed- time is money.
