I am wrong in my reporting earlier. I misunderstood what my broker said to me.

The possibility that the halt was because of a "regulartory issue" DID NOT COME FROM ANDREA, NOR DID SHE AGREE WITH MY BROKER THAT IT WAS A POSSIBILITY. THEY DID NOT DISCUSS IT.

The regulatory issue speculation came from only him but he confirmed she didn't have a clue as to why the stock was halted or what the pending news might be.
