I have a hard time believing it's because of a regulatory issue. They (KRY and Exchanges that trade KRY) would have notified KRY PUBLICALLY that they were in non-compliance of exchange rules, WELL BEFORE THEY WERE HALTED. I may be wrong. JMHO.
