brun, i dont see us going thru an arbitration (at least to the end) but....

other cases in icsid have concluded that in order to be awarded "lost profits" a company must have a "demonstrable ability" to show profits....this is a tough one imo...

my best guess is kry would pretty much be gauranteed $300-$500mil with lost investments+ interest......lost profits are up in the air..

our best course of action imo is to find financing to keep us alive until:

a- the govt changes

b- ven gets hammered in icsid on any case (which would increase our position)

c- ????
