That's right, CJR. The best case for Venezuela is that these properties will not be mined for the foreseeable future. Arbitration will guarantee that, or in the default (i.e. someone else gets a permit to mine), guarantee our win at arbitration.

I wouldn't know how to structure such a thing in law, or even if you can, but I would hope that Crystallex puts the legal equivalent of a lien on title to the gold. In effect, if it is ever mined, they must have first dibs. And recieve damages for having to wait.
