Yes but, the government has repeatedly said we're in full compliance, and that the environmental submission was both specifically amended as directed by the government, and accepted thereafter with those amendments. The only thing missing is the permit itself. I'd have a hard time believing that an arbitrator is going to stand the whole thing on its head over an arbitrary decision like that.
