i'm guessing the point is that "the environment is worse off without kry", and "one government authority cant overide anothers promises to contractual parties"...

personally, i'm hoping for a huge change in govt...........the new govt takes power and sees how screwed up things are....they start begging for solutions to unemployment etc etc...and BOOM! there we are, sitting with a very helpful solution to the environment, jobs, crime, etc....

stranger things have happened...
