Hmmm,, but then why even mention Matt Bender. They could have kept quiet on the name saying that with the help of sourced out consultants they are currently conducting their own BFS review.

Remember when it was reported that Elmer would likely hire a negotiator when The time comes? Could Matt Bender be acting as our Negotiator?
