Teck made an offer for probably a 50% premium

I Can believe that

My suspicious nature causes me to suspect that it has been Teck surrogates who have contained the share price all along for exactly that purpose

It would have been cheap enough to accomplish

Just trading against any uptrend and reload on the down

..and I'll even opine that Stifel was one of their cronies
