The crisis is the reason we're in the mess right now. High oil prices last year would have eventually caused a recession, but that would have been offset by oil prices lowering in response. IT"S MY OPINION that dilution was a prerequisite for financing arrangements, and other companies such as OPTI are doing the same. CLL had to replace the $200 million line of credit it cancelled and dilution was a required part of getting it done.
