Common sense is not taught in schools. There are so called professionals, with many degrees, that lack the important insight of common sense. There are also people with very little education that can outsmart and project from a very powerful perspective that these professionals are oblivious to, or choose to ignore, by accepting things as they are, without question.

I will say for you Mrs C, that if I recall correctly, it was you that first brought to the attention of this board, the exuberant spending by management. Your concern was never addressed by those responsible and accountable for the companies expenditures and prudence in spending, allowing for early severe jeopardization of all the shareholders. To complement, current managements exclusion of existing shareholders from participating in a much needed financing, only leads one to believe, that this jeopardy was intentional.

Then ask the question, if it were intentional, why? What would anyone have to gain, if this company was worthless.
