I don't thinkLori will take anyone to court, she will have to pay high court fees and solicitors, and even if she wins she may not be able to recover her costs, let alone any damages, if the defendents have no recourse to funds!

And considering many put their savings into SLI, that may well be the case!

That would leave Lori potentially facing paying her own costs, and frankly, it's not worth it, IMO.
