I believe this matter was settled out of court and Mr. Andrews has since passed away.

Interesting that none of the online posters that were named in the more recent defamation suit have been served. Excluding one poster that volunteered to accept his papers and Sculpin who was served via email.

It has now been over a year since the suit was filed, and unless she renews it, it is now null and void to anyone that has not been served:

How long do I have to serve the notice of claim?

After you have filed your notice of claim, you have one year to serve it. It is possible to renew a notice after it has expired, but you would have to apply to the court and explain the reason. If you are having trouble serving the notice and the year is almost up, you should make your application to renew at that time, before the deadline.
