Is it possible that she simply needed the money in order to exercise the boatload of options that she must certainly own? Since these options have expirations, and she does not have cashflow in the form of a salary, I suspect that she has no other means to exercise her options without resorting to a loan and/or selling some shares. In the end it doesn't change the fundamentals of SLI. May actually help if anything ..........more cash on hand for SLI after the options are exercised. Just a thought. On the other hand though I suppose the exercise of such options would become public information and we would have seen it by now.... so WDIK?
