I agree with what your saying - especially for the specialist skills they are looking for the recruits are expecting stability and a proper paycheque. In my case I'm a young electrical engineer with no family and the instability for the greater paycheque is worth the risk for me in the short terms - up to 2 years.

I just hope we see some sales soon!
