This is a FALSE argument. What about all the options they had once the deal was cut? Since they DID CUT A DEAL, our BOD & Management team had plenty of opportunity to OVERSEE the licensing activities of TPL/Alliacense AFTER the MA & CommAg were signed. There is NO REASON other than PTSC's poor stewardship, lack of oversight, and willingness to hold TPL/DL to the agreement signed and DL's willingness to take advantage of this PTSC weakness, that we sit here EIGHT years later bickering with that same business partner, and with our one money making asset being held hostage.
Read the CommAg. The M.A. Why do you continue to deflect, and don't your hold Carlton Johnson, Gloria Felcyn, David Pohl, Cliff Flowers, Rick Goerner, Jim Turley et al, responsible for their abject failure in keeping their business partner in line, stewarding PTSC's shareholders interests so that WE wouldn't lose the little leverage the agreement afforded, and just generally being fiduciarily responsible and doing their job?
Then, to top it off, they go and re-negotiate the deal, and give Alliacense even more power in the subsequent agreement.
