Yes. Yes! In BaNosser's post today Apple was served notice. Why? Does DL owe them money? Is their license now in jepoardy? Why serve Apple? And Why is Apple involved anyway? Something is making Apple stay involved! What? Why? When? Many questions... And the SHM where the BOD was speechless and looking to the attorney as to what they could or could not say when DL let the cat out of the bag... priceless to see those governing being so out of control by the hands and mouth of their (our) partner... What else is in that BAG of his????
