If Leckrone were smart, he would accept a minority role in the TPL/PTSC future and let Otteson explain to future jury’s how the previous owner/negotiator of the MMP portfolio, swindled shareholders and his partners alike. He was so dishonest and self serving, he made a license agreement with Apple that appeared as if it was only worth a million dollars etc.. In this manner a jury may be able to see the true value of an MMP license and possibly we can get higher amounts going forward.
