I do not believe that any shareholders wishes to sue the BoD, at this point. However, should the BoD choose to do nothing to address the valid concerns regarding Leckrone and the future of PTSC.....well then whales travel in pods and I believe there are enough killer whales in this pod to strike if, and only if, all attempts to work with the BoD Fail.
