There is absolutely no question that Brown is owed 3.5% of the gross MMP licenses except for three exceptions. What is owed is quite clear.

Your suggestion that PTSC is liable for an agreement made between Brown and TPL has me wondering if you or your legal team have more info than than what is publicaly available.

Brown did not sue PTSC. He sued TPL. Patriot was not a defendant in the case.

I'm not an attorney, but I doubt any judge can award damages against a company that is not a part of the dispute.

Further, you are suggesting that Patriot is liable for part of the jury award, and Patriot has chosen not to reveal that in any filings. Wow!
