"3.5% of total MMP revenue coming into PDS". :::::::: at one point TPL was getting 15% off the top, were they not? Surely that was supposed to covered costs such as payments owed to Brown and others.... Also, how is the Brown judgement monetarily split pre- and post- the creation of PDS?
