If there's a way to lose money, they'll find it.

But I find it hard to wrap my head around the concept that Brown is entitled to a percentage of Patriot's earnings based on the fact that he attended a few meetings at the invite of DL.

Also PDS is not 100% a TPL entity. It is 50/50 (less expenses) beween TPL and PTSC.
