I would have asked one question... Since Apple was sold a license with the caveat that it never be revealed publically... what premium did they pay for this consideration..? and where the h is that premium.. ?? ..because it obviously was never included in any SEC filings..

Actually.. what premium did they pay for this consideration..? should be applied to the shareholders of PTSC.... since imo PTSC shareholders paid a large premium for Apple's demand and TPL/PTSC's acquiescence...
