I have told you on various occasions in the past that you are an intelliigent person, although you may have overlooked it in preference to being argumentative.
As to the issue at hand, there is no need for a "different" interpretation of the clauses you now reference. Instead, one simply needs to read all of the applicable sections of the MA in context, rather than in isolation from one another, and draw the conclusion therefrom. I have already done this for you in my prior posts.
Certainly, it is your prerogative to continue to post on these issues if you wish, although I find it a bit surprising that a retail shareholder would be arguing in favor of a position that would allow the Company to be less forthcoming with information that would be helpful to investors. In any event, however, this will by my last post on the subject for the reasons previously stated, so you may have the last word if you so choose.
