you can say "Settlement" or "Licence" if/when the price pops because of either. Does anyone think this lawsuit talk would be happening if licensing continued and the shareprice increased? The BOD's history would still be the same but I don't think anyone could care less about a lawsuit that's fuelled more by revenge, greed and jealousy than what's right or wrong when there's money in their pocket. IMHO
