I have long respected your posts when it comes to matters of the USPTO. I cannot speak for anyone else but myself. I am less interested in a law suit than I am in knowing how shareholders might go about changing corporate governance to serve all of us.

I am not against a law suit if it is determined by those with far more knowledge than I (or I suspect you) may have about such things. If you are not interested in contributing to a fund that may have a multi-purpose that is your right and I respect your decision.

I take offense to your blanket statement that includes me when you speak of greed. I believe your comment would have been more accurately directed at those who collect a paycheck every month and refuse to tell us what they have done to earn it.
