I looked at these some time back and too wondered what would come from them. IMO one would have to go back and look at the agreement in place when Patriot acquired rights to the MMP to understand if Patriot has any ownership with these divisional filings. This is way before my time and I was never able to find such a document, but maybe one of the long timers here can provide it? Moore obviously has ownership interest, and IMO probably so does TPL as didn't Moore work for TPL when these divisional's were filed? If so, IMO any IP created by Moore while employed by TPL would be TPL's property, unless of course defined otherwise in the employment agreement.
