Did they (TPL) squander some/larger portion of their cash going down other bunny trails (projects, lost leaders, next great mouse trap, etc.)..my guess is they did based on what Moore stated on his page prior to it being deleted. My impression was that they were financially distressed (other evidence as well)..if not, why would PTSC agree to lend the money (the unsecured part I will never understand) in the first place?
