We need to start now to be eligible for the next election and it would be beneficial to have someone present a formal step by step protocol with probable timeline to assure inclusion.
Please forgive my pragmatism, but the deadline for receipt of Stockholder proposals is August 15, 2010, and there is still no decision as to number of nominees, potential candidates, nor how to proceed.
There is a reason that 8 months notice is given for such proposals, which in part is to ensure that they are fully compliant, as even a single mistake would render them null and void.
Unless substantial ground work has already been completed, including compliance issues, I would humbly suggest that all this achieves is raising false hopes for a change to the current BoD composition any time soon.
As this movement has no doubt been ongoing for some time now, would you not agree that the organizational skills underlying this endeavor hardly instill any confidence in an ability to better manage PTSC?
Unless, of couse, there is another reason that this has been left so late in the day for inclusion in this year's proxy?
