I hope we can work together to accomplish our primary objective-to enhance shareholder value.

I will attempt to post my resume no later than Monday. I do not expect a 100% approval rating and I welcome anyone who wants to take my place. If there are no takers, I will ask all of you for your support because we can make a difference. We will need some volunteers to help organize our initiatives.

I would appreciate a concensus on whether we should replace one or more director positions, or propose an entire slate. We need to start now to be eligible for the next election and it would be beneficial to have someone present a formal step by step protocol with probable timeline to assure inclusion.

I look forward to participating with all of you in order to enhance shareholder value.
