Let me try an explain it to you, as I would to my kids:
A statement was made implying great foresight as to all events PTSC and how the non-executive BoD should have been equally aware of the outcomes of their decisions with the then currently available information.
With the then available information, the BoD hired both Goerner and Bibeau and the following statement on the hirings was posted:
Both Goerner and Bibeau have extensive managerial and operational business experience
That same poster, with great hindsight, is now using those hirings as another alleged proof of BoD mismamagement and incompetence.
(The elder of my two children, age 4, is laughing, and said "That's silly, daddy, how can it be wrong now if it was right then?").
