I would not be surprized in the least if some sort of arbitration arises from the firings/resignations ala Gifforn.....Obviously the BOD has put its lot into Baroni and the table is set for Baroni to take this platform and parlay it to make a statement quickly of what he is about in this configuration of assets he has lined up......I don't think the BOD truly knows if this is the right move which is why I do believe there was going to be a direct power struggle at the BOD which was circumvented yesterday.......After all, the amount of shares being held up amounts to about $800K, which is why I believe something more exists than just a misrepresentation........All IMO.......
