In my last conversation with Mordi I asked him about not finalizing an equity partner before the plant site approval etc. were in the bag and he told me that wasn't really a hold-up because the main issue a partner wanted was government approvals to mine the phosphate and that was already a done deal, so he implied that wasn't holding the show up. IMO it would be important that all their ducks were in a row with the plant before a final signing took place, so maybe we hear something closer to that getting done.

I hope so anyway.
