The Nomura process is proceeding well and creating much interest by various companies around the world. Unfortunately it is too premature in the process timeline to be able to announce anything definite to the market. Within the next few months we should have positive news to be able to report to shareholders. All I can say at this moment is that there is definite interest in our project and we are talking to numerous large industry corporations.

In the short term, we have been working on completing our final Mineral Reserve estimation so that we can report this with results from the Expansion Study. We are almost there and there are no surprises. We ask you for a little more patience in this matter. Everyone at Legend is working hard to give the desired outcome that all Legend shareholders are hoping for. This time is a critical period for Legend as I am sure you are aware and we will be sure to update shareholders as soon as material events occur.
