The last time I checked this board was in July just after I sold my shares after waiting 3 years for something to happen. It amazes me how everyone on this board continues to discuss the same things and still hold their shares! With the share price down 75% since July and still no news, why are any of you still holding? As for the insider selling, keep in mind the immaterial amount that is being lost by them. Also, I may be incorrect on this but Attara Capital is the only SEC registered holder of shares. Everyone else can sell at will without reporting, especially if they do not reside in the US.

Any info in regards to shareholder meeting that took place earlier today? No news is bad news in this particualr situation.

Just wait until they issue another 100,000,000 shares next month! That is when the price will really fall. My guess is they won't even get a buyer for the 100m shares, or they end up letting them go for pennies.

100m shares at $0.05 is enough for Gutnick to fund the ridiculous salaries he and the others are paid for at least the next year.

BTW..... I sold my shares week. I bought in late 2008 for around $0.65. Sold at $0.60 last week. I HAVE NO MORE PATIENCE

I have a suggestion for everyone. Go back and read all of the posts from late 2008 and compare them to current posts. It is quite amusing that 2.5 years later we are still having the same arguments and concerns yet the markets have vastly improved from that point in time. Yet.... still no deal!

Once again I agree, but that means nothing if they run out of capital before they can secure financing. When that happens common shareholders will be wiped out, while the big money swoops in to pick up the pieces at a discount.

Like I stated the other day.... where are the large shareholders? Are they buying at $0.48? No. They will buy the whole thing at $0.05, take the company private and we are left with a loss.
