I believe Fred should be more forthcoming than he has been and I haven't had any success communicating with him over the last 9 months. I sent 2 to 3 rather benign emails with answerable questions and received no response. That is unacceptable. My most recent email was much more sternly worded and still no response. I recognize we are close to the release of financials so I am not expecting a response until after the Q. If no reply, I will ramp up my "activist" behavior. I have too much invested in OUR company to sit quietly by watching and waiting without appropriate and warranted information while Fred and the board "manage" OUR company. Remember, they work for us and have a responsibility to effectively manage our assets.
