They are setting up a trading pattern

I expect what Renee sold of the .022's in March 2014 the others will do the same come the end of 2015...if not right now with the SP @.11...the .22's are fully vested.

If they exercise the .022's and sell the stock, IMO, they do not have faith in the company prospects.

Note, that is if they sell the stock after exercise...other than amounts to pay burdens.
