Renee's role is head of the audit committee.

She resigned as an employee, but remains on the BOD.

Fred told us at a SHM, don't recall which one (?) her involvement satisfies an SEC requirement for the 10-Q and 10-K filings.

MarDee prepares the numbers, Renee audits.

Fred explained this is very important for Renee to do her part in the filings.
