I wrote earlier that she heard the case and thought, " This is a no brainer". And that may be valid. However, as your post of her history and cases tried document, she is smart in the way she knows case law and uses it. This is very good news for EDIG IMO because she shuts doors on arguments and loop holes that the other side may try to exploit in the future. She sites so many cases to validate her reasoning and rulings. Brilliant! This court ruling is, IMO, a very big step in EDIG's progress to move forward!!!
