With regard to FlashR, the company is simply starting from scratch and needs room to adjust. Everything that settled post CO Claims construction ruling settled under the merits of that ruling....including settlements post re-exam....e.g... Creative.e.Digital now has something to settle licensing issues on....and one, will simply have to give that a little room.

There is no telling what is taking place with regard to new patent issues.
