e.Digital has had its hands tied behind it since the CO claims construction ruling.

They've had nothing to license since CO claims construction ruling, and that's zip...e.Digital was not going to license anything under that ruling.

There might have been a few licenses that went unheard post re-exam leading into the CE ruling ...last license being Creative and that's it. Nothing to get excited about during that time frame. CE simply carried on the issues of the CO claims construction ruling...and e.Digital continued to be tied up.

Only recently have they gotten back on track and those issues are only just now finalizing.

Heck, there are three companies post CE appeal ruling that have not come to terms yet...never mind the recent claims construction stuff.

No need to get excited, things will shape up in due time. It's only been a couple of very short weeks of good news during a holiday season that all this manifests.

The company is simply starting from scratch and needs room to adjust.
