Exactly my position and thought process......Not being schooled in the fine art of "legalities" as Ronron I do not know the entire significance of this latest ruling all I know is EDig FINALLY has something positive on it's legal plate. For those of us who have patiently waited for years for ANY GOOD NEWS whatsoever that ruling has given us all hope that THERE IS STILL A FUTURE in this company and I for one agree 100% with SGE.....against Apple.....My goodness....If this ruling had gone against EDig and for Apple those of you out there (if you so choose) would be picking up shares of EDig for $.01.....It is quite significant for starving shareholders....
