As usual you have explained the unexplainable to me anyway....Every time you post I glean some addditional insight into the Colorado decision. I think I am about 75% clearly there.

To all who are worried about "the other side" reading what goes on here.....DON'T. Mr. Handal might garner info he will look into further, but if you think the hundreds of attorney's employed by Apple are not aware of most of all the really good "stuff" dug up by SMAN, DONI, LEGGOJOE, SILVERSURFER....ETALL......then you are the ones in the "dark"....

I believe they, if they do, read what goes on here, it is for the purpose of, "keeping their hands in". Staying on top of the case and insuring they have not missed anything., Any good attorney will COVER ALL BASES... as stated by Mr. Handal....
