Personally i think fred should say nothing untill the response to the judge is submitted

I know i'm only 53 but i have learned that making decisions in haste usually become regretable .

I don't want a CEO to shoot from the hip , I'll gladly wait 30 days to know the new direction ( what ever it is )

Lastly I'm sure DM & Fred as all of us were blown away by the ruling , non ruling,

Mistake , Or her delay tactic , or her revenge of the phillips case , Or what ever it's all about , I would rather he wait , analize , consult ,draft the new direction and then let us know , With out just blurting out !

I'm concerned , but what's 30 more days after being in this thing since 1994 and a little over a million bucks invested of very hard earned money !
